Premium / Paid Extension Terms
These terms explain how paid extensions work on Getaix, including licensing, refund expectations, and payment-related fees.
Overview
Premium extensions are extensions that are available only after paying the amount specified on the extension page by the extension author.
If you need more information about premium extension terms, contact Getaix or the respective extension developer before purchasing.
Commercial Licence
Developers who sell extensions as paid through Getaix come under this licence. Subject to this agreement, the customer receives a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the software application.
- The customer may use the extension for their own projects under the licence granted by the developer.
- The customer may not offer the system for resale without express permission from the extension developer.
- The developer remains responsible for the extension, its terms, and support commitments.
Refund, Return, or Cancellation
Getaix does not refund the amount paid for a premium extension by default. To request a refund for any reason, contact the respective developer of the extension.
Fees and Charges
Getaix may charge a percentage of the payment as a service charge. Payment gateway and transfer fees may also apply.
