These terms apply to users, developers, extensions, and services on Getaix. They explain account responsibilities, conduct rules, copyright notices, and developer obligations.
Overview
Getaix by Jerin Jacob is a platform where users can browse extensions published by different extension developers. These terms of use apply to all users of the Getaix website, extensions, and services.
"We", "us", and "our" refer to Jerin Jacob. "Getaix" refers to this website and the services offered by us.
By creating an account on Getaix, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, community guidelines, and any other policies posted on Getaix.
User Terms
Everyone using Getaix and its services is a user.
Getaix is a platform. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or legality of extensions published by third-party developers.
Account Registration
When you register for an account, you must provide accurate information. If you do not provide accurate information, we may not be able to help you access your account.
To register, you must be at least 13 years old. To buy premium or paid extensions, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent's permission. If you know a user is under 13, please report them to us.
You are responsible for anything that happens while your account is signed in. If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.
User Conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be terminated for harmful behavior.
- Illegal activities: do not break the law or encourage others to break the law.
- Abuse: do not harass, bully, promote violence, or promote hatred.
- Personal information: do not distribute or misuse another person's personal information.
- Fraud: do not post false or misleading information.
- Impersonation: do not impersonate others, use another account, or let others use your account.
- Intellectual property: do not infringe another person's intellectual property rights.
- Spam: do not distribute unsolicited advertising material.
- Malware: do not use Getaix to host or distribute malicious or destructive software.
- Endorsement: do not claim endorsement by Getaix without written approval.
- Service degradation: do not degrade another user's use of Getaix.
- Data mining: do not crawl, scrape, or index Getaix information without permission. Contact us for partnership requests.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Getaix infringes your copyright, send written notice to [email protected].
The notice should include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the exact location of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by law, the copyright owner, or the owner's agent.
- A statement that all information in the notice is accurate.
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Warranty Disclaimer
Getaix and listed extensions are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.
Developer Terms
Developers are users with at least one extension published on Getaix. By offering extensions through Getaix, you represent that you are legally entitled to grant us the right to list or sell on your behalf.
Extensions and posts from developers must comply with these terms. If an extension violates these terms, Getaix may investigate and terminate the developer account and related content.
Platform Fee
Getaix may charge a small fee for paid extensions.
Changes
Getaix may change these terms. If material changes adversely affect your rights, Getaix may post an announcement or send an email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Getaix after a change means you accept the new terms.
